It is a coffee selected exclusively by Colombian coffee grower cooperatives through Expocafé. It is a coffee from the southwestern region of Colombia, cultivated above 1,700 meters above sea level, composed mainly of traditional varieties (Típica, Caturra, Borbón), manually picked, fermented and dried in the Sun.
