La Colmenareña Milk, from the Sierra de Madrid., Colmenar Viejo.
Thanks to the short time that elapses between the milking date and the consumption date, it maintains the qualities of the freshly milked milk unchanged: color, smell, flavor and nutritional properties.
It does not contain preservatives or stabilizers.
It does not need to be boiled before consumption, thanks to pasteurization (the milk is heated to 72 °C for 15 seconds).
It is necessary to store it cold (4º to 6 ºC).
