Resolvemos tus dudas sobre Teas and infusions
¿Cuánto tiempo debo dejar reposar el té?
Depende del tipo: el té verde 2-3 minutos con agua a 70-80 °C, el té negro 3-5 minutos con agua casi hirviendo, y las infusiones como manzanilla o rooibos 4-6 minutos. Si lo dejas de más, amarga.
¿Qué infusiones no llevan teína?
El rooibos y las infusiones de hierbas (manzanilla, menta, frutales) no contienen teína, así que puedes tomarlas por la tarde o noche sin que te quiten el sueño. El té verde, el negro y el matcha sí llevan.
¿Las pirámides son biodegradables?
Sí. Nuestras pirámides son de material biodegradable y dejan que la hoja entera se expanda para liberar todo su aroma, algo que no consigue el té en polvo de las bolsitas convencionales.
