Pu-Erh Red Tea Summer Silhouette

Summer Silhouette Red Tea or Pu-Erh is a Gourmet Strand Tea that comes in individual pyramids. Balanced blend of red tea with green tea and delicious fruits that sweeten the tea, such as kiwi, strawberry and apple. With a touch of rose hip and hibiscus accompanied by subtle jasmine flowers. The tea that is so popular now in comfortable pyramids for when you are in a hurry.

The Chinese call this Pu-Erh, a variety that only grows in the province of Yunnan, the region of eternal spring from wet green tea that is fermented in barrels and which gives it its characteristic reddish color and earthy flavor. This "Emperor's tea", so called because it was originally reserved only for high Chinese leaders, is widely used today in some diets for its fat-devouring qualities.

Can with easy opener, special for preserving the aroma; each contains 40 pyramids.

This red tea is ideal to drink both hot and cold in summer.

Instructions: Pour 70-90 degree boiling water over the pyramid and let it infuse for 2-4 minutes.
